Because…

Because Dave and I dress up for Halloween almost never…
And because Josiah decided not to dress up this year, and instead offered to be our photographer…
And because I am intentionally choosing mucho family time over mucho blogging time today…

I thought I’d just share a few Halloween photos with you:

Luke really wanted to be Luke Skywalker this year, but when I got to the costume store (ahem…the day before Halloween–I know, great planning Mom!) they were sold out.  The GI Joe costume I brought home was way too small, so he settled for a home-spun combination of Dwight Schrute and Napoleon Dynamite.

All I know is I never want this kid to grow up.

And Levi…Had almost worn his costume out by Halloween.

(He really just wanted the candy.)

Two of the North Shore Churches get together every year to hold a big “Fall Festival,” complete with games, rides, and plenty of candy.  Since we don’t exactly live in a trick-or-treating neighborhood, this is a good option.
We were worried because it was pouring rain ALL day Friday…But it was mostly dry for the big event.
Everyone had fun.

And the sugar was plentiful.

And another October has come and gone…
