Living in the country will always have some pros and cons. After spending part of my day in Honolulu, then hauling groceries home from Costco today, the drive back to our house seemed very long.But one thing that seems to make it all worthwhile is the view from our front lanai. Looking out over the North Shore as the sun sets has to be one of the best parts of each day.And on a cloudless night, the country sky is spectacular. My first VLOG–w/ home and country updates.
Aloha! Today I am trying out my first "vlog!" eeks! It only took six tries, and it's still pretty silly, but I thought it was worth throwing out as our experiment. Obviously there is a different sort of pressure when you are doing a video as opposed to writing. A phone ringing mid-video can actually mess up the whole thing. (three times.) When I talk too fast, or look stupid, or the dog decides to stand there and distract me, I can't just cut and paste. I had fun trying though---so here
