Aloha friends!
I thought I would share sweet little treat with you!
I made these mini s’more cups for my boys, and (naturally,) instagrammed them. A few folks requested the recipe, so I thought I would go ahead and share it now!
It’s SO simple, I feel like I’m cheating…But look–aren’t they adorable? (And trust me–they taste as good as they look!)
I don’t make a whole lot of pure sugary treats for my boys, because–well, I try to find creative, healthier options…But every once in a while, I just want to win their affections and go for something completely SWEET and not at all healthy. This one did the trick!
What you need: (for 12 individual muffin cups.)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine//2 cups marshmallows//4 cups mini-graham crackers//3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
How to do it:
Combine the butter with marshmallows in a bowl. Microwave for thirty seconds at a time, stirring in between each, until mixture has a smooth consistency. Stir mini graham crackers into the marshmallow butter mix. Spoon mixture into paper muffin cups (it will be very gooey! Using buttered fingers helps.) Top with mini-chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least thirty minutes.
ENJOY!
MUCH ALOHA,
Monica

I need to make mini s’mores now. Except I might need to use Golden Graham’s cereal but keep everything else the same. That way I don’t have to sit there and break apart the crackers.
Hi, My name is Sandy, and I have a cookbook problem. I have TONS of them.
