— Accommodations on the North Shore of Oahu:
Turtle Bay Resort. (the only resort on the North Shore. Lovely, full-amenities, pricey but a wonderful splurge.)
Condos on the golf course at Turtle Bay Resort (through VRBO) — On Turtle Bay property, but about a 8-10 minute walk to beach. Privately owned. Older, but a great option.
Haleiwa Surf Condos (through VRBO) — on the water in the town of Haleiwa. Simple, older, charming, walk into town, surf or snorkle right from your beach.

TRAVELS OUTSIDE OF HAWAII

As much as we love Hawaii, we also enjoy getting “off the rock” and seeing places all over the world!

Thanks to my son being a competitive surfer, and my opportunities to share books and speak…we are getting to travel more and more. (not. complaining!)
